Royal Q travels is a small company with a local ethos. We want to provide excellent

customer service, with an emphasis on the personal touch. Our friendly expert team is second to none and uses their extensive knowledge to create the perfect holiday, just for you. We are also dedicated to sustainable travel and looking after the local community by paying fair fees and educating all of our tourists. We deal directly with local vendors so we have cut out the middlemen and the hefty commissions so you don’t pay extra money for your holiday. Our group tours are inclusive of current taxes and fuel surcharges, all domestic transportation, accommodation with breakfast, daily tours including entrance fees, local guides and national escort (minimum 10+ passengers). All you have to pay for locally is tipping and personal expenditure, including other meals, any optional excursions and shows. Private tours vary, depending on the itinerary.

Royal Q Travels is started by Aparna Rajawat who is dedicated to providing travel experiences that inspire and ignite. 


As a girl growing up in India, I had limited opportunities to travel and so my experience of other places was limited. I focused my efforts on my interests at the time: sports, dance and martial arts and knew little about the joy of travel. I believe that was the beginning of my journey, because each of those hobbies took me to a new city, I went to the iconic city of Mumbai for my national athletics championship and the tranquil city of Shimla for a national kickboxing championship. It was the thrill I got from experiencing an entirely different place in the country that inspired to see more and I’ve never looked back. 


I decided to sidestep into a career as local guide in India, then became a tour director and lastly a travel agent. In my 20 year long travelling career, I experienced a life-time of incredible moments and the diversity of everything world has to offer. I have also spoken to thousands of guests about their hopes of what a perfect tour should be like. However I have found no existing company provides the depth of experiences, authenticity and personal touches and fair prices guests were looking for. There was only one thing for it, so I decided to open a company of my own. I am so proud to call myself Indian and I know what incredible experiences this planet has to offer, so it is now my time to share this beautiful journey with the rest of the world.
