Tour Overview 

This trip combines North and South India the best. This tour is a wonderful fusion of two distinct Indian cultures. You'll begin your vacation in Delhi by visiting Old and New Delhi before moving on to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. You will explore the stunning forts, palaces, and bustling markets of Jaipur. Mumbai, generally known as the financial capital of India and the home of Bollywood, is also included in the itinerary. A visit to Kerala in the south will make your journey exciting. The Munnar tea gardens are quite lovely. Experience a once-in-a-lifetime houseboat vacation on Alleppey's backwaters. An historical walking tour of Fort Kochi will focus on the time when Arab, Chinese, and European traders established their settlements there. Kovalam's beach is a peaceful way to finish off your tour.


Day 01 : Arrive Delhi 

Arrive at Delhi international airport and meet our company representative at the arrival hall. We will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.  Delhi is the national capital of India and one of the busiest cities in India. After check-in, time free for own activities.

Day 02 : Old Delhi and New Delhi Tour 

After having a full breakfast in your hotel, we will leave for a guided tour of Delhi. Today we will spend a full day in Delhi visiting Old Delhi and New Delhi.  We will start the tour from Old Delhi with a visit to Raj Ghat; the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. Jama Masjid; built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Further, we will drive-pass through Chandni Chowk Market; Asia's largest wholesale market, and Red Fort; a beautiful red sandstone fort built by the Mughals.  In the afternoon, we will spend time in New Delhi visiting Qutub Minar; built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak of the Slave Dynasty as a sign of Muslim domination of Delhi and as a minaret for the muezzin to call the faithful to prayer. Later in the evening, drive past India Gate, Sansad Bhavan (Parliament of India), and Rashtrapati Bhava (Presidents House).

Later return back to your hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi to Agra (4 hour drive/220 kilometers)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra; located at the bank of River Yamuna was known then as Akbarabād during Mughal Empire and remained the capital of the Mughal Empire under the Emperors till 1689.

Upon arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel, and later in the evening visit the Taj Mahal at Sunset. Shah Jahan built this beautiful monument in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Day 04 Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (5 hour drive/240 kilometers)

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and visit the Agra Fort; also known as the Red Fort is a world heritage site listed by UNESCO. 

In the afternoon we will drive to Jaipur. En-route a short stop at Fathepur Sikri or Abhaneri Stepwells. Further continue drive to Jaipur. Jaipur is named after its founder Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II was established on 18 November 1727. Jaipur is considered the first planned city in the country. The city is also known as 'Pink City'

Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in to the hotel.

Day 05 : Jaipur City Tour and Amber City Tour

After having breakfast, leave for Amber City; the capital of Kachhwahas for six centuries before the foundation of Jaipur City. You can enjoy a royal experience here by ascending the Amber Fort with a traditional Elephant ride. It takes about 3 hours to visit the fort. Within the fort premises, you will see many beautiful heritage buildings.  After visiting the Fort return back to Jaipur city. On the way, we will stop at Jal Mahal for a short photo shoot.  In the afternoon we will take you to the City Palace, situated in the heart of the old city occupies about one-seventh of the Old City. Later we will visit Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in the 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. Before returning to your hotel, take pictures in front of the Hawa Mahal, ‘Palace of Winds’ a five-storied semi-octagonal building having 152 windows that was built in 1799 AD by Maharaja Pratap Singh.

Day 06 : Jaipur to Mumbai (By Domestic flight)

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the Jaipur domestic airport to board the flight to Mumbai, commonly known as Bombay is the most modern city of India. In 1661, a cluster of seven islands, Mumbai was presented to King Charles II as part of the dowry when he married Princess Catherine de Braganza of Portugal. Mumbai is the home of Bollywood, produces the largest number of films in the world.

Day 07 : Mumbai Sightseeing tour 

After breakfast proceed for a guided tour of Mumbai city starting with an excursion Elephanta Caves. You will be transported to the cave by using boat cruise. The caves are at the top of a gentle stairway, which begins almost immediately where the ferry wharf hits dry land. 

In the afternoon return back to the city and visit to the Marine Drive, Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum and Dhobi Ghat.

Day 08 : Mumbai to Cochin (By Domestic flight) 

After breakfast, we will transfer you to Mumbai airport to board the flight to Cochin. Upon arrival, meet our company representative at the arrival hall. We will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.  Cochin or Kochi has been a port since 1341, when a flood carved out its harbor and opened it to Arab, Chinese and European merchants.

Day 09 : Cochin Tour and drive to Munnar (4 hour drive/135 kilometers)

After breakfast, we will leave for a half day tour of Cochin visiting the Fort Kochi Area. A leisurely walk is the best way to discover the historic Fort Kochi. An obscure fishing village that became the first European township in India. Visit various churches and other historical buildings in Fort Kochi.  In the afternoon, drive to Munnar, a pleasing journey riding through the picturesque hills jacketed in greenish tea and spice plantations. Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Sprawling tea plantations, pristine valleys, mountains and aroma of spice scented cool air make Munnar is a resort town. Upon arrival; check-in to the hotel and rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 10 : Munnar Tour

Enjoy a beautiful day in Munnar by visiting Eravikulam National Park at Rajamala (Here you can see the Nilgiri Thar), Echo Point, Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Tea Plantations and Tea processing factory, Kundale Lake, Anayirankal Dam,  Gap Point etc.

Day 11 : Munnar to Thekkady (3 hour drive/ 110 kilometers)

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady; unending chains of hills and spices scented plantations. Periyar Forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wild life reserves in India and spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations and hill towns that hold great opportunities for treks and mountain walks.

Upon arrival in Thekkady, check-in to the hotel and later proceed to visit the Periyar Lake to witness the wildlife around the lake. 

In the evening, visit spice market and spice plantations. Thekkady is famous for Pepper, Cardamom, Vanilla, Cinnamon and spices.

Day 12 : Thekkady to Alleppey (4 hour drive/130 kilometers)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive down to Alleppey. Alleppey; caressed by the Arabian Sea in the west and a vast network of Lakes, Lagoons and freshwater rivers criss-crossing the backwater county.

On arrival check-in to the Houseboat cruise.  Houseboats are luxury boat made in ethnic Kerala style having well-appointed sitting room, bedrooms, toilet and kitchen. In the evening enjoy the tranquil beauty of the inland waters and the countryside for one day.

Day 13 : Alleppey to Kovalam (5 hour drive/ 175 Kilometers)

After breakfast disembark the houseboat at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent beaches. The southernmost, known as the -Light House beach- is the most popular.  On arrival check in at beach side hotel and rest of the time enjoy the beach and relax.

Day 14 : Kovalam – Day at beach 

After breakfast, you have a day free in Kovalam to enjoy the beach. You may take a quick tour of Trivandrum town to see Padmanabha Swamy Temple. This temple is located inside the East Fort. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the Temple is a blend of the Kerala and Dravidian styles of architecture.

Day 15 : Departure 

After breakfast we will transfer you to Trivandrum airport to board the flight to onward journey.
