Delhi –Jaipur – Agra – Orchha – Khajuraho –Varanasi – Delhi 


Day 01 : Arrive Delhi 

Arrive at Delhi international airport and meet our company representative at the arrival hall. We will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Delhi is the national capital of India and one of the busiest cities in India. After check-in, time free for own activities.

Day 02 : Old Delhi and New Delhi Tour 

After having a full breakfast in your hotel, we will leave for a guided tour of Delhi. Today we will spend a full day in Delhi visiting Old Delhi and New Delhi. We will start the tour from Old Delhi with a visit to Raj Ghat; the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. Jama Masjid; built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Further, we will drive-pass through Chandni Chowk Market; Asia's largest wholesale market, and Red Fort; a beautiful red sandstone fort built by the Mughals. In the afternoon, we will spend time in New Delhi visiting Qutub Minar; built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak of the Slave Dynasty as a sign of Muslim domination of Delhi and as a minaret for the muezzin to call the faithful to prayer. Later in the evening, drive past India Gate, Sansad Bhavan (Parliament of India), and Rashtrapati Bhava (Presidents House).

Later return back to your hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi to Jaipur (6 hour drive/260 kilometers)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Jaipur. Jaipur is named after its founder Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II was established on 18 November 1727. Jaipur is considered the first planned city in the country. The city is also known as 'Pink City'

Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in to the hotel. In the evening drive pass through the Birla Temple and Albert Hall Museum.

Day 04 : Jaipur City Tour and Amber City Tour

After having breakfast, leave for Amber City; the capital of Kachhwahas for six centuries before the foundation of Jaipur City. You can enjoy a royal experience here by ascending the Amber Fort with a traditional Elephant ride. It takes about 3 hours to visit the fort. Within the fort premises, you will see many beautiful heritage buildings. 

After visiting the Fort return back to Jaipur city. On the way, we will stop at Jal Mahal for a short photo shoot. In the afternoon we will take you to the City Palace, situated in the heart of the old city occupies about one-seventh of the Old City. Later we will visit Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in the 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. Before returning to your hotel, take pictures in front of the Hawa Mahal, ‘Palace of Winds’ a five-storied semi-octagonal building having 152 windows that was built in 1799 AD by Maharaja Pratap Singh.

Day 05 : Jaipur to Agra (5 hour drive/240 kilometers)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra; located at the bank of River Yamuna was known then as Akbarabād during Mughal Empire and remained the capital of the Mughal Empire under the Emperors till 1689. Upon arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel, and visit the Agra Fort; also known as the Red Fort is a world heritage site listed by UNESCO. Later in the evening visit the Taj Mahal at Sunset. Shah Jahan built this beautiful monument in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Day 06 : Agra to Orchha (Train at 0830/1030 hrs) & drive to Khakuraho 

Early in the morning, transfer to Agra train station to board the train to Jhansi. Have your breakfast in the train. Upon arrivl in Jhansi, transfer to Orchha, a historical town situated on the banks of Betwa River. Here we will visit Jehangir Mahal and Fort Complex. You can also visit Ram Raja Temple and Chaturbhuj Temple. Further continue drive to Khajuraho. Upon arrival in Khajuraho, check-in to the hotel and later proceed to visit the very famous Khajuraho Temples, UNESCO World Heritage Site for their beautiful and erotic rock carvings.

Day 07`: Khajuraho to Varanasi (By Domestic flight)

After breakfast, we will transfer you to Khajuraho airport to board the flight to Varanasi. Varanasi is also known as Benares or Banaras and Kashi, is a historical & religious city in India. The city is sacred to Hindus and also one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. 

Upon arrival in Varanasi, we will transfer you to your hotel and later visit to the Sarnath. Buddha gave his first sermon to his disciples after getting enlightenment. Here we will visit to Dhamekh Stupa, Ashoka Pillar and Sarnath Archeological Museum.  In the evening, witness the daily Aarti Ceremony (Lighting the Lamps) at the holy river Ganges bank.

Day 08 : Varanasi Sightseeing Tour

We will start our day with an early morning sunrise boat ride on the holy river Ganges. You will be taken to different Ghats. A Ghat is a series of steps leading down to the river used by bathers and pilgrims. Dasaswamedh Ghat is the main Ghat. Hindus consider it is auspicious to die in Varanasi, so some Ghats are known as burning ghats, where bodies are cremated before their ashes are eased into the Ganga.  After enjoying the boat ride, return back to your hotel for breakfast. 

Further continue the tour with the visit to Banaras Hindu University; a very green and peaceful campus also known as the Oxford of the East. Later visit to Kaal Bhairav Temple and Vishwanath Temple.

Day 09 : Delhi/Mumbai (By Domestic flight)

After breakfast, we will transfer you to Varanasi airport to board the flight to Delhi or Mumbai (depending on your international departure flight schedule).  Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and later day free for last minute shopping and own activities.

Day 10 : Departure 

After breakfast we will transfer you to international airport to board the flight to onward journey.
